It’s easy to see that Amy’s fulfilling her life’s purpose as an Executive Coach and Leader of Leaders. Her style exudes being genuine and her authenticity pulls the same out of you. One of the biggest lessons I learned as part of working with Amy was how to let more of myself come through in my leadership. I care deeply for the business and our people; however, my approach was leaving some questioning my real drivers and thus, hindering the effectiveness of my leadership. With Amy’s help I was able to allow myself to just be me and my people and company are better for it.
